What is the standard order fulfillment time?

  1. All orders in our Shop: are processed within 24-48 hours after you have successfully placed an order.
    1. Once we received your order, we will then prepare your items for shipping to your desired delivery address. Please make sure you have provided a correct-valid address to avoid any delays on receiving your order/package. 
    1. Next, you will receive a notification/SMS from our shop once your order has been shipped. You can expect your items to arrive at your doorstep within the delivery period depending on your location. Continue to read below.


    When will my order/package reach me?

    You shall receive your order 24-48 hours after your ordered date + the timeframe below depending on your location.

    METRO MANILA Areas :

       1 — 3 business days  (Saturday and Sunday not included)

    NON - METRO MANILA Areas : Includes Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao

        3 — 5 business days  (Saturday and Sunday not included)


    I want to order five (or more) of the same product, will it affect my fulfillment time?

    • If you would like to order in bulk or planning to get large quantities of a single item (typically more than ‘5 pieces’ of the same product), this may take between 48-72 hours to complete processing.     Why was my package undelivered/undeliverable?

    Our carriers may rule a package undelivered or deem undeliverable for one of the following reasons:

    x Incorrect Address.

    If the address that the customer provided is incorrect or outdated, the package will be returned to by the carrier or by the unintended recipient. Please make sure you fill-in the correct details (no typographical errors too!) during checkout and then carefully review it again by double-checking it before you ‘Complete’ your order. We don’t want to disappoint you.

    x illegible Shipping Label.

    In rare cases, it is possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process.

    x Failed Delivery Attempts.

    Our carriers will make a maximum of three attempts to deliver your package. However, after giving their best to send you your package, and still failed to deliver after the third attempt, the carrier will then determine that the package is undeliverable. Your order/package will be returned to

    Refused by Recipient.

    If the recipient of the package refuses delivery, the package will be returned to and considered undelivered.
